This can take various forms, using a range of models and the best way to decide is to have a discussion with one of our Consultants. We can support with Registration processes, Start Ups, “Deep Dive” Audits and Quality Assessments, Compliance Notices, as well as focusing on a specific areas of your service that you want to fine-tune.

Questionnaires

Feedback is an essential component to service improvement, however we know that this is time consuming and can often go to the bottom of the to-do list. We take that stress away and ensure that your staff team, key stakeholders and young people are asked for their feedback. We do all the hard-work and produce a report to support your development plans. This can help you to improve the service and will also contribute towards your Reg 45 Quality of Care Review Report

Regulation 44

In accordance with the Children’s Home Regulations, each Children’s Home must appoint an Independent Visitor. Our Independent Visitors will carry out a 3 hour visit, write a report and child friendly report to “tell the story” of life in the Children’s Home and how young people are effectively safeguarded and how their well-being is promoted.

Providing a range of Training and Workshops to support your Organisational development, with a focus on Leadership & Management, Safeguarding, Relational Practice, Team Development and Workplace Culture

~ £650/day (+ room hire)

Manager Mentor

We know how difficult it is to find a good Manager, so this service makes sure that you can “grow your own”.

2MD Solutions will work with you on a sessional basis to help you prepare for your next role.

~ £70/hour (solo or up to 3 people)

3 “P’s” - Policies, Procedures & “Paperwork”

Having all the relevant documents in place to ensure that you are compliant with Policies, Procedures and Paperwork set up.

~ £750 (bespoke packages available)
